There is a Flat rate $15 on all orders sent within Australia. All orders will be processed 2-4 business days, it can take up to 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered via courier. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, it is no longer our responsibility.We ship through Australia Post you will be provided with a tracking number so that you may track your order.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item in your order, please email a photograph and description within 48hrs. A replacement or full refund will be issued.

Returns

No returns or exchanges are available for non faulty items.

Handmade

All pieces are individually hand made, decorated and fired twice so may slightly different in colour and size from the images.While we aim to accurately display the colour of products, some colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your computer monitor.

Care instructions

All our ceramic pieces are stoneware and are dishwasher safe. For longevity I always recommend to hand wash.Handmade ceramics cannot withstand thermal shock. You should not place hot liquid or food into a cold piece of ceramics. Do not place in the fridge, freezer and hot oven.
